If you are a purchaser of a Tribute and you contravene the rules and policies herein and we terminate your rights, we Offer No Refunds. Any refunds will be given at the sole discretion of memorialja.com

We are not responsible for material that a user posts on our system. We do not vouch for its accuracy or any other aspect of its content. All content provided by the user is representative of the user/author and is not representative of memorialja.com. We shall use reasonable endeavours to monitor content and will investigate complaints of violations of these guidelines. All personal information that you provide to us in connection with the use of a tribute will be treated as private information. We will not sell or otherwise distribute that information to third parties. We may use that information to contact you in connection with memorialja.com unless you notify us otherwise.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

memorialja.com is not responsible for wrongful actions of our users and cannot and will not be held accountable for any such actions. All users must accept responsibility for their own acts. Any act by a user that damages another may not be asserted against us, and memorialja.com takes no responsibility for such acts.

You agree that we will not be responsible to you for any damages or losses in excess of any monies you paid to us.
